Buildefine's Job Management system allows you to create, track, and manage projects from start to finish. Jobs are the core units of work in your system, containing all project details, client information, tasks, and progress tracking.

What is a Job?

A job represents a complete project or work order that includes:

  • Basic Information: Name, description, location details
  • Scheduling: Start and end dates, estimated duration
  • Organization: Categories, priorities, and status tracking
  • Client Relations: Linked clients and contact information
  • Task Management: Associated tasks and assignments
  • Documentation: Activity logs and progress tracking
